Seasons ships to the United States (excluding Pennsylvania and Ohio) and Canada.

Domestic Shipping

We offer free shipping to orders within domestic United States. It generally takes 5-7 days  to your door.

Domestic Returns

Report any product-related issues (missing or damaged items) within 30 days of the shipping date.

CLICK HERE to start your return, gift return, or exchange. We provide a return shipping label at no extra cost for the first return of each order; additional returns may incur a processing fee. All returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.

Returns are eligible only for purchases made through MailegUSA.com. Items must be unused, in original condition, with original packaging and tags. We do not accept returns or warranty claims from third-party marketplaces like Amazon, eBay, or Etsy. Returns from retailers or overseas purchases are also not accepted.

Refunds

Expect your refund within 5-10 business days after your return is inspected, often sooner.
Note: Refund processing depends on your credit card company and issuing bank. Outbound shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We offer easy exchanges! Start your return as usual and select ‘Shop Now’ to use your return credit immediately. Once we receive your return, we’ll process your exchange order.

Canceling Orders

Due to high order volume and inventory changes, we cannot guarantee cancellations or adjustments after an order is submitted. Contact us at 678-684-0408 or [email protected] for assistance.

Shipping & Returns Outside of the United States

Shipping rates include brokerage fees, duties, and taxes determined by the carrier.

Report any product-related issues (missing or damaged items) within 30 days of the shipping date.

Returns from outside the U.S. are not eligible for complimentary shipping due to customs restrictions. Mark all return packages as “Return of Merchandise” to avoid additional taxes and fees. Use a trackable and insured shipping method, and obtain a tracking number and receipt.

Does your soft toys need a bath?

All soft teddy bears can be washed with warm water. After a bath, you must remember your friends need to be fluffed up so their bodies will get back in shape.

An option is to leave it in your bathroom when you take a shower. The steam pulls out smells like nothing else. A very natural, resourceful way of getting rid of unwanted smells.

You find specific care instructions for your friend on the small label attached to it or the hang tag from the shop. We recommend that these instructions are followed as incorrect washing can hurt your friend.

Know that the more you hug and love your friends, the softer they get in the knees.
